Welcome, Ric.
I'm curious about the recumbent trike. What don't you like about it? I had a chance to ride one a few weeks ago and thought it was pretty good.

Hi lj, don't get me wrong i like my trike,I can have more fun on it than any of my bikes, but when it's time to riding in a group I choose the 5200 unless theres going to be other trikes,it's a blast. If you don't have one you need to think about getting one.

Welcome to the forums. I grew up around Wilwood and spent lots of time around Leesburg, Lady Lake and Tavares. Beautiful places to ride thirty years ago.
Hows the traffic around Mt. Dora?

Hey Bikedud, I've lived in Mt.Dora for 7 years, you need to think about coming back for a ride. The Mt.Dora bikefest is Oct 10th-12th. I and the wife have been going since 1991 and thats the reason we moved here. I can only guess about the traffic after 30 yrs, it gets pretty bad at times but with bike lanes and such you can pretty much ride when and where you want. the town is still old fashion.

Hey Ric, I'm down in Sarasota, my wife's cousin lives in Mt. Dora and we go and visit a couple times a year. The annual ride is this weekend already? WOW! TIme flies.
Me, I'm more mtn bike oriented, so I'll pass on the ride, but it's cool to be there during the festival.
