Hello

Hi! Came across the Bike Forum while searching for historial info about tandem bike races. Last night my undle mentioned casually that my grandfather (his father) had competed in ten-seat bike races as a young man (ca. 1890-1920). I had had no idea! Didn't know ten-seaters even existed. So I'm tring to find out more info. Never learned to ride as a kid (we lived in the city), but still have hopes of learning to ride, and of bike touring in Europe. Maybe just a fantasy, but .... Anyway, enjoy the forum. SharonM

Wow! How cool!

Check in with the Classic & Vintage forum--there may be someone there who knows more...or maybe the tandem folks.

At any rate, Welcome to BF!
