hello

I have been using my bike for recreation and commuting for many years now. I am just starting to get into distance riding. I am planning on do the 75 mile leg of the MS bike event in September. I am looking for ideas on training and comfort fr such a long ride.

Welcome and good luck on the distance riding. There are some post some around here that give some goo training tips on distance riding and ways to train for a century ride.

i am riding a rek fx 2.0. before i do the ride i will be changing the tires to thinner ones
