Hello From Yokosuka, Japan
Good Afternoon, Morning or Night!
I am a runner looking to get into cycling. XT(Cross Training) days in prep for a marathon feel long without some sort of other thing to fill the void. I think that thing may be cycling, and I'm sure some of you are in the same shoes. Hoping to get quite a bit of good advice and possibly in a few years give some. Who knows. Anyway, thanks for the opp to let you know who I was.

Hello feartec, we certainly think cycling is a good way of cross training . You will get good advice, good and not so good opinions!
