Mellow Yellow

Greetings from Chicago! I'm truly a tri person these days with my first love of running. With many injuries the past 10 years I've focused more on triathlons because the cross training is so good. With each year it seems harder to keep the weigh down since it's more difficult to run as fast or as far as I use to. Still do races and trot along as best I can. I'm taking an elite cycling class that was formed by Ventura so I'm working on hills. Last year I spent a great deal of time with a swim coach. I figure swimming and biking are easier on my knees. Love being outdoors. Love dancing and I think my competition days are behind me. Although if I found a partner who danced on my level I'd compete and do showcases in a minute. I own a Nishiki tri-spoke wheel, bright yellow with purple accents for 16 years. Always liked riding my bike. If I bought another it would probably be a different brand.

Hi Mellow Yellow, let's see photos of the Nishiki! Yes, biking in general is easier on knees than running, that's for sure .

Welcome to BF!

I think you should be able to attach it? Click on the paperclip icon and then browse for your PDF file.
