Hi from SF

After lurking here for the last month, I finally decided to jump in.

I'm a dental student here in SF, and I've loved bikes since my stint at UC Davis (to the consternation of my mom). I'm thinking of trading up from my Marin Larkspur and eventually doing something cool (like a bamboo fixed gear folder).

Anyways, hi!

Welcome mlau. Are you studying at UCSF? One of my best friends graduated from the dental program there. Come say hi at the nocal forum. We won't bite.

mlau,

If you do end up with that bamboo folder be sure to post it on the folding forum, with lots of pics. It will cause a sensation, as they are a rarity in most places and hard to come by.

Oh yeah! Have you been following the Bamboo! thread in the Framebuilders Forum? Holy moly, bamboo makes some absolutely insanely beautiful bikes!

Welcome to BF!

Thanks for the kind words.

Yes, I'm at UCSF. Is your friend Singe or Andrew btw?
