Yet another Silicon Valley rider

Hi, I've been active on mtbr.com under this userid and on roadbikereview.com as Chucko. Most of my friends know me as Chucko. I've been MTB'ing in NorCal for the last 18 years or so (on and off) and commuting/road riding for about the same time.

I'm looking forward to wasting a lot of working hours here.

Good job, Chucko! But, we don't refer to time spent on BF as 'wasting' time. It is, in fact, a valuable component of your working day. Remind your employer that others stare at porn on their computer, and allow the company's computers to become infected with viruses. Here, the only untoward effect will be to cause you to be happy and contented. I will caution you that the virus which causes a lust for Bike Porn is incurable, though.

Welcome to BF!

East Hill

Could we interest you in a variant of the virus by inviting you to stop and stare at some of the beauties in the Classic & Vintage forum?

(everyone here knows I am mad for the C & V bikes )

Hey East Hill, looks like you're in my neck of the woods this week! Wish I had time for a ride with you, but I'm busy all weekend with hiking and family stuff. Oh well...

No, I'm back home in Puget Sound--I was riding in the Cinderella Classic .

I had a great time, though!

Where do you do your hiking?

Saturday I'm hiking Mt. Tamalpais. Usually though I'm doing a MTB ride or two each weekend.

My wife and I have a number of friends in the greater Seattle-Tacoma area. Maybe we could meet up the next time we're up there.

Just send me a PM when you visit--we'll try to get some of the other local members together too!
