Another old man on a road bike
Hey guys. I'm just getting into road biking after MTB and BMXing in years gone buy. I just bought a Giant TCR C3 to improve on little by little. The exercise is great and it's a hell of a lot better than running! Good meeting you all and I hope to learn a lot here.

Hi Ashton, a great many members have come to the conclusion that running loses its charm after the knees go. Now all you need to do is to find the highway overpasses so that you can do hill sprints
