another newbie

hi everyone..i'm jamie from peoria, az,by way of northern virginia,dc, and that's where i got my peugeot mixte. there is a great bike trail from mount vernon through dc to the national zoo, and its a good 20 mile workout for the beginner. unfortunately, i haven't been on it yikes in forever, so i thought heres a good opportunity to find out more .
