noob from the Boston 'burbs

Hi all,

I've found BF to be very helpful in my crazy search for yet another bike. Got a couple of Bridgestones from the early 90s, but I recently became obsessed with the idea of a folding bike to fit in the trunk of my Miata. The Folding Bike forum had all the answers. Thanks to all contributors!

Well I ordered a Downtube Mini (or is that "Minty"?)last night after finding the Bike Friday tikit wasn't even a close fit. Couldn't find a store carrying the Dahon Curve to check out and I'm pretty sure with the stats I saw here, it wouldn't fit anyway. Not 100% sure the Mini will work either but I think it's got a pretty good chance. I'll report back later.

Reporting back

...Don't be shy, let us know when you get one...

I got the mini last night. Stayed up until 2am unpacking, assembling, tweaking. And this morning I got it to fit in my little trunk. Perfect. Picture proof here: https://www.bikeforums.net/folding-bikes/416580-my-downtube-mini-arrived.html
