Hello from Seattle
Hello,
I'm Adam Huntley and I'm a new rider. My father just upgraded and handed me his old bike (Trek nav 500) so I thought I'd start looking around for some hints on which directions I should go in upgrades with this bike and how/where I should ride.
I own a Taekwondo school in Snohomish, WA USA. But as for conditioning I'm way out of shape. I also enjoy drums, legos and classic GI Joe.
I'm very active on martial art forums and hope to contribute in a positive way here.

Hi Adam, make sure that you check into the Pacific Northwest regional forum and say hi to those of us who live in the area. I live in Kent, but there's certainly a few people in Snohomish County, and may even be a couple in Marysville.
