Just started riding on 06/21/08 (Saturday). Haven't rode a bike since I was 15. I purchased a Specialized Glode commuter style bike. I am a cross country runner and fitness trainer. I am looking to use the bike for training and commuting. Right now I am only riding 10 miles a day, I find that is my limit. I want to be able to ride further and would appreciate any help. I am 40 years old and athletic. Once agian hello. Happy Trails!!!!
