Hello in SoCal
Hey all - been lurking for several months and thought I'd finally introduce myself and start posting.
Ummm - ridden Tour de Sewer (really enjoyed it)
Rode Tour de Phoenix in April - just missed gold (dang it! by a minute 46 seconds. . . )
Been riding ~80 miles per week. Generally around my area (Claremont, Ontario, LaVerne, Upland. . .) but also quite a bit at Santa Ana River Trail (once, twice a month or so) - generally starting at Kenos.
Working toward Tour de Tucson in November (likely the 80m ride) and doing the Bonelli Triathlon, at least as a relay (I sink!)
I'm a fairly proud Clydesdale. I'm 255 - my goal is 230-235. Anything much lower than that and I'm not sure how I'll do. I'm pretty beefy as it is - no Clydesdale (horse) would look or be right at a Quarter-horse size!

In any case - here's my ride: Marin frame, FSA compact cranks, mix of 105 and Ultegra shifter/brake/gearing, wheelbuilder.com built DT Swiss wheels (28 and 32 spoke). She's good, solid, comfortable, fairly light, and a lot of fun!

Wow, you look like one of our administrators, Tom Stormcrowe. Were you perhaps a twin, separated at birth?
Oh, and I like your jersey.
