Single Speed in Tennessee
I'm in the process of converting my late-70s Rampar R-1 into a single speed. I put a lot of miles on it for several years, and then it went into storage when life took some strange turns.
But it's out in the open again, and though I didn't put much money into it because it's an aggressively mediocre bike, it's now very close to being a serviceable single-speed for errands and riding in the park.
I've missed it, and biking.

Hi makeitwork, do you have photos? I would imagine that it's a heavy machine, but it should make a splendid singlespeed.
