Hello all
Just Saying Hi. I am a commuter and road rider in Hampton Roads(South Side).
I ride a steel touring bike and am in the process of boulding up an aluminium road bike. I would like to branch out from commuting and weekend day trips into unsupported touring and randonneurs.

Definitely, you'll find the touring forum to be of good use to you. There are a lot of experienced people who've done tours that can hopefully answer your questions.
We've got some randonneurs here too- the one I can think of off the top of my head is Machka (not sure of the spelling)- she has a few posts in the Women's Cycling forum, and I think she's contributed to the Touring forum and the Commuting forum too.
