Hello people.

I just found this forum and thought I'd introduce myself. I do a lot of rebuilding and breathing new life into old bikes and I am becoming more interested in doing custom electric conversions and designing my own frames.

Check out my website: RideABikeNow.com

I want to get everyone on a bike!

Hey there East Hill,

Thanks for the welcome,
I've got a Road Ready RockHopper, and low rider cruiser/chopper for the beach

I spent many a cool summer in Santa Cruz growing up (lived over the hill in Los Gatos), and even then there were a lot of cyclists. Oddly, I didn't see many people riding bikes on or near the beach though.

Is the cruiser/chopper one you built yourself?

Los Gatos is cool, must be nice to bike around that town.
My cruiser is a Dyno Glide frame with bent springer forks. Its been stored outside for a few years so its got a nice patina on it. I'll try and put a pic up in the alt bikes thread.

Yes, when I've gone back home to visit me mum, I have had several nice rides down there.
