Shiny Tempe/Mesa Commuter

Yep, that's me, shiny.

Anyways, I've been lurking for a while, and I figured I might as well introduce myself a bit. I'm a Tempe, Arizona commuter, and I've been doing it on and off (mostly off, but as of recently, mostly on) for a couple of years. I'm currently riding a generously provided wally world special (Free to me, so I can't really complain), albeit with aftermarket brakes and pedals.

Any locals see a dude on a green and silver bike heading down Southern in the morning and afternoon, that's me. :3

If I keep doing it enough (and get annoyed enough) I'll probably move up to something a bit better. Always wanted a road bike.

Laters!

Hello Tobias .

Your wally world special sounds rather pretty, at least the green and silver sounds most appealing! And, can't beat free.

Welcome to BF, and feel free to PM me with any questions !

It's really not a bad looking bike, and it's fairly reliable with the aftermarket parts. Learning to adjust my derailleurs and brakes myself helps a lot too.

I'd get some pictures, but I'm currently working hard. *cough cough* Perhaps I'll snap some when I get home tonight.

I am glad to hear that you are working hard. Your employer will be happy . Some photos would be nice when you have time!
