Hey from Scotland.
Hey, my name is Scott, just thought I better introduce myself before posting elsewhere.
Well I guess I became a commited cyclist 2 years ago when I spent my money on a new bike instead of driving lessons, kind of smug about that now that fuel, tax, insurance etc prices are through the roof. Mind you I do have to peddle across Aberdeen city centre in the rain, wind, snow, ice and on the rare occasion sun wether I want to or not everyday, but its interesting I guess.
Anyway, hope I can talk to you all more, and maybe even some people here can help with the technical problem that kind of brought me here.
Cheers.

Hello Scott, it sounds as if you could be talking about living in Seattle from your description of Aberdeen, although we don't have quite as much snow and ice as you do.
