Howdy from georgie in melbourne australia

Hello all,

I have been riding/racing bikes since i was 17 (not much chop...But hey, you have to play to win right!!). I do have a problem at the moment. I have received a gitane mach 2400 carbon frame non gratis, but i believe it has an inherent fault of cracking in the resin on the front sloping tube. Does anyone know of this & possible ways to get around it. The frame is in the process of getting repainted, so any input would be most welcome..

Georgie

Cheers Georgie and welcome to the Forums.

I suggest you post your frame question in the Bike Mechanics -subforum. Maybe provide some additional information while you're at it (such as what makes you believe there is a problem).

Hi georgie, your question is indeed mostly likely to get an answer in the Bike Mechanics forum, or perhaps the Road Cycling forum..

Welcome to BF, and feel free to PM me with any questions !
