Not a newbie

I am an old guy - been riding road bike for distance (all the way across the US once) since I was 12, which was in the 1950s. I know a lot of stuff, including about prostatitis which has currently "grounded' me.

I am also a professor of Biology - cell and molecular biology - and know a lot about muscle physiology. I welcome inquiries. I live in central Texas and work at Texas State University-San Marcos.

Hi JK, how long are you grounded? It sounds as if you could be a 'go-to guy' for training and nutrition.

Welcome to BF, and feel free to PM me with any questions !
