Hola al todo, been he over 5 yrs in the campo(countryside) 50 mins from Malaga. Was able to retire here after completing 22yrs with the Royal Engineers. Cycle now and then to keep my wieght down due to the ammount of beers I consume!! Yes I know I could cut down on the beer!! but he ho that's life.

Many thanks for the welcome, I see my typing is not very good, must check next time before i submit it!!
I have a Hercules road bike, brought over from a tour in Germany. Try to cycle 2 or 3 times a week, normally 2 short ones of about 25+ or - and 50k+ or - on a sunday when there is less traffic. The weather helps a lot, but being a southern softie shandy drinker, normally only go out when the sun is out!!
