Hey need some info

hey ppl out threre i need to know what i should be looking for in a bike if am just starting of am new to this so bare with me........... am only wanting to spend about 3 grand on my fisrtsport bike and if anyone that reads this lives in the canada bc area tell me the laws and how old u have to be to require a bike lisence

That's a lot of cash to spend on your "first" bike, so do LOTS of research!!!


It's hard to answer your question without asking for more information.
What type of riding will you be doing - racing, fitness riding, club/group riding, etc? Are you looking for a road, mountain, cyclocross bike?
How tall are you, weight? Male, female?
Etc...............................

Try a web search on BC or Canadian bicycling laws. As far as your investment in the equipment I'm sure you could find a perfectly fine bike for half that amount unless you are really looking towards heavy race competition.
