lurking noob finally breaking silence

Hello to all i am finally braking silence want to thank you all for the great things i have learned sofar i have been out of riding for more than a decade and have recently gotten back into cycling being over weight and recently having a heart attack i decided that i wanted to ride again and man have i missed it so much so here is a new year hopefully no more broken bones trips in ambulances and no more stolen bikes and a new beginings to all

yes it was a true eye opener came out of it with a new outlook on life and opened my eyes to the world i had let pass me by i'm like a kid again except for learning how hard it is to start over in life buteach day is new a fresh
