Question about stationary bikes:
I can't seem to get my legs to align properly when I am biking. I have slight knock knee and no position really feels comfortable, resulting in sore joints after a work-out.
Any suggestions on what I can do? I'm thinking of getting different shoes so see if they'll help.:twitchy:
