What do i eat?
Hello forumites...greetings from the tristate area of ky,tn,&va. I jumped on here to use you guys and gals to keep me riding this year. I'm not new at the sport, i'm just having trouble staying at it. I mean, i'll work up to 100 miles plus a 5 mile climb per week, get it on for a few months and then something always comes up to side track me. Am i alone in this hell? I love this sport, and at 56 need it like i need air. Thanks for letting me vent, i feel better already. The first thing i think i need is that ever changing question answered, what do i eat? I'll leave you with this one...oh, you'll need to know a little bit about me..56 year old male 6-2... 205 lbs now, but usually 190. Not a vegetarian, love wine and strange dark beer like mckewen's. All legs and lungs. Where i live is a cyclists dream, i can go out my back door and ride safely all day in three directions. Is there anyone out there who can help me stay at this with a good eating plan...thanks snotrocket423
