Greetings from MD
Hey Everyone,
I've been road cycling, off and on, since 91 when I was stationed in Italy. For the first 6-7 years, I loved riding. Then in 98, I had an accident where I hurt my back and had to sit out a season. Afterwards, I had such a hard time getting back into the sport I loved so much. I gained an extra 20, lost my fitness level, and let other things interfere. Now, 10 years later at 41, I've been trying to get back on the saddle consistently and make a better go of it. I have a goal for an Oct century, where I'd like to enjoy the ride and not just survive it.
