Good to be here

Hi all,

I'm glad I finally realized, after doing continuous web searches for touring information and continuously getting linked to these forums, that all I really needed to do was sign up and actually ask some here I am. I'm a 26 year-old college student (going for my second degree) temporarily based out of Phoenix, and I've just started seriously considering the biking world. I currently own a specialized hardrock, which I use incessantly (I don't own a car), and I've always had plans of touring europe, and thanks to my first really good tax return, I'm setting those plans in motion.

In any case, I appreciate any help I'll be getting (as I'm sure it will be fantastic), and hope to get to know some of you on the forums!

Thanks again,

Hi Matt. You're right, all you need to do is ask the questions. You've probably already checked it out, however if not, post your questions in the touring forum.
