Outdoorboy known as Joe

A friend of mine that I train with named Sarah turned me on to this forum. I really enjoy mountain biking but complement my training with road biking. I also use the road bike for triathlons.

Sarah and I are currently training for the 100 mile Trail of Tears race in Oklahoma City. This race is a warm-up for my real joy, adventure racing. I look forward to learning a lot here.

Joe

Howdy!

In case you were wondering, the Trail of Tears didn't get its name from the tears of joy you shed at the end of the ride, more from the tears of extreme anguish that most riders seem to start shedding around mile 60 or so

You are a braver man than I! And Sarah must be one awesome woman to want to do that with you!
