greetings

just completed the solvang century with basically no training. decided i'd like to do it right next time and to keep going. a search for training for a hilly century landed me here. took a look around, appears to be the spot. gotta lot to learn.

Oh my. Do a search for member 'Mr. Beanz'. He will tell you all about hilly centuries in SoCal.
