Hello Bike lovers

Hello, my name is Francisco Garza, living and born in Mexico city, Mexico. My cycling adventures starts since I was a child, and had the opportunity to start racing in a child community downtown Mexico city. The races were in a public park that was closed for the monthly races. I made many friends during 5 years of infant cathegories from 9 to 15 years old. I won the Infant National championship at the age of 12. After that my best participation was for the Olympic team in the track mode. I was good in the 1000 meters (3 laps of the velodrome) against the clock. many road races were in my activities, but I had a bad accident at the age of 19 years old that made me put reverse on my champion cyclist aspirations. But never lost the enthusiam. I was out for 1st cathegory races. I dedicated 4 years for marathon races meanwhile I returned to the bycicle races, because my father and two brothers were also enthusistic riders and racers.
We had a proper team named Sugus, Sugus-Bimex, and other team names where we organized road races an road adventures through the entire country, once in France and once in California roads.
After that long journes, we "discovered" mountain bicycles, that together with my love of mountaineer walks and marathons combined my best hobby possible: Mountain bycicles races and adventures in 1992. I will keep writting later.
