hey there prwhirlwind,

Welcome to BikeForums. You'll find plenty of folks here who have similar stories. I'm not certain what sort of riding you're interested in, but I'd encourage you to explore any of the Forums here that interest you. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me, or any of the other moderators (we have blue/purple stars next to our IDs).

Glad you're here,

In search of what to search for.

I generally don't visit the Intro forum, but I caught your thread title on the main page. Welcome to the boards.

I ride out in the hills of Northwestern NJ (Western Morris, Northern Hunterdon, Eastern Warren, and Southern Sussex) - a challenge but always beautiful with lots of rural roads. I'm a recreational weekend rider, mid 30s, probably average fitness (not too slow, not very fast). If you live in the area or you're interested in visiting for a ride, send a PM my way.
