Hello from the ATL
Hello from Atlanta.
I have surfed this site a few times and decided to join as it looks like the best site to find and interact with others in biking.
I am a newbie was a runner before had a disc herniation which led to surgery and out of running for the most part. I was a active person gym visits etc and needed something besides indoor cardio at the gym to keep me going so I am trying biking now. But more importantly for me the idea of spending more time with the kids on the bike sounded like a great idea to further connect with my kids.
Anyway here I am and I look forward to meeting some of you and getting some great ideas from you that may have simliar physical issues as well as other ideas.

If you do not already know of them look up the GTC cycling club. They are a big club in Gwinnett.
