Hello from Wellington Ohio

Hi, to the forum. I'm a 53 year old newbie, both to the forum and to recumbent bikes. My current bike, which I took delivery of last week, is a Rans Tailwind. This is my first experience with a recumbent I like it so much I'm going to sell my road bike.
I'm located in northern Ohio not too far from Lake Erie. Besides cycling my other interests are raising and showing miniature horses, and ham radio. I cycle for pleasure and as a commuter. By trade I'm an electronics engineer.

Welcome to the forums. If you work with electric gizmos and computers and such, you'll find many of your breathern here. I'm thinking of starting a small support group for us few that find posting messages a challenge.

Well actually I'm not that great at computers either. My son is the real computer guru. But it just amazes him when one of his machines die and I track the problem down. Usually the power supply gives up the ghost and it truly amazes him when I rebuild it.
