I'm just getting back into road cycling after a 2+ year layoff, cause my nephew said "uncle Tom, you used to have six pack abs, now you have the whole case." I hope to get to the point to where I can wear my cycling shorts again without being ashamed.

And if a 6 pack is great, why isn't a 12 pack or indeed a whole case even better?!
