Hi! from the City North of Toronto aayy!

Of course you probably know that I'm from Canada aayy, that said I'm glad to be a new member of Forum. I'm originally from la belle province, that being Quebec City for 22 years, and currently reside in Maple Ontario. I have been around sports all my life, thanks to my parents and my up bringing. That said I love to cycle I do most of my cycling around the Maple, Richmondhill, Aurora, Stouffville North. Most of my rides range from 50 to 120km per ride and I love to climb. I have been a type I diabetic for most of my life 35 years to be exact. I consider myself very fortunate when it comes to my diabetes and the fact that I have been able to lead a fairly normal life. I currently own 3 noteworthy bicycles and may be considering another in the not to distant future. The bike I like to ride the most is my 2008 Look 586 equipped with Campy SR 11 and Mavic Cosmic Ultimate, you gotta love it. I ride my Specialized Sirrus Pro when I have to get coffee for my wife this is usually a little 20km trek and the bike is set up for it rack and all. As well it helps in keeping the earth a little greener, which is another reason for my love of cycling. Cheers to all.......

Kenny boy ;-)

When I lived in TO 25 yrs ago (Finch/Islington), Maple was a little village in the country, but I suppose it has now been swallowed by the urban sprawl. I have been type 1 diabetic for 55 of my 67 yrs and think the cycling has done a lot for my well-being. Welcome.
