Hi there,
I am a long distance runner (just for fun) but some old injuries started to catch up with me and I started to feel it in my knees, so I have been thinking to try a triathlon. Some one recommended me this web site to find a no too expensive used bike so that is how I find about this community.
I live in the twin cities metro are and I have found this websites really helpful for someone like me, new to the sport.
