Hello from Sunny (for once) London

Hello All,

My Name is Matt, i'm from North London in the UK, just wanted to say hello, i've been cycling for a year now, a commuting cyclyst who has started to take his cycling a little more serious, hence decicing to join the forum.

Currently Riding a Specialized Allez Sport and looking to upgrade soon, i will be looking for advice on another thread soon on that.

Well here i am, i'm in, threaded and introduced and looking forward to getting to know and share ideas from cyclists around the world.

Cheers.

Matt

Good to hear from you. How do you secure your nice bike while you are at work? I will be visiting London in Sep, so can you tell me the best bike shops to visit near the city centre?

Thanks all, i'm quite lucky as i can keep my bike in my office, i work in west London where there are quite a few bike areas, so you can lock your bike up with many other bikes but as always a good lock is needed and lock your tyres and if your saddle is quick release take it with you.

As for shops i tend to use Cycle Surgury near my work and near my house, they are a bit genreric but handy for location, for central London bike shops again you will find the usual Evans and Cycle Sugury but you can find them anywhere, although i don't spend that much time in central London i believe that Condor Cycles is a very good shop and well worth a visit. Enjoy.

Thanks.
