Is Welsh for "Hello" from me, I'm Al and was guided in this direction by Gareth, one of your members

After a few years out, I'm about to get back into cycling, mainly off road so it's handy having Brechfa Forest on our door step

I ride a Kona Explosif, my wife has a Specialised Rockhopper and our 9 year old daughter who intends joining us has a "hand me down" bike who has informed me that she now wants a proper MTB

Thanks for having me, I'm off for a mooch about and look forward to some chat.

Al
