    I'm Back

It has been a long time since I have posted here regularly and cycled regularly. I raced for about 3 years until a back injury due to ego. Soon afterwards, I met my wife and accepted promotions, severely curtailing my cycling. After 4 years of cycling maybe 10 times, I have gotten totally fed up. I had a talk with my wife and am now back to regularly cycling a lot. It really feels good to be back on the roads again.

Glad you are back on the bike. Balance in life/work/family is hard. Best of luck.

Yes. You are correct. It is hard to balance them. What is surprising me is that I am adapting back to cycling very fast. My legs are transforming back much quicker than I thought.

Also, I got into crotch rockets and that had my attention for a while too. But still, nothing compares to cycling on your own energy.
