Hello I have been riding for 1 year now on a regular basis started riding for the cardio workout my doctor said it is one of the best ways to get a good work out. Seventeen months ago I weighed 300 pounds I joined Weight Watchers and started riding my stationary bike then a Speclized commuter bike I lost 125 pounds and got hooked on riding so I bought a Trek 5.1 Madone. I ride about 100 miles a week and I also ride with Trailnet on Sundays when I can. I live in Lake St Louis Mo.
