Hi

Hi
My name is Paul and I live in New York. I am interested to know if anyone has some good excerises that they do to help improve leg strength. I know leg exercises, but I am interested in ones that are good for biking. I am a beginning biker and I am just looking to help improve my strength. I will be doing my first bike tour at the end of the month.

Welcome to BF.
The best and fastest way to improve leg strength is to ride - lots of miles. Hills help.
