Hey now....I'm Keith from Oceanside, CA. I've been riding for about 1.5 years. Normally ride 3 times per week, wish I had more time to ride. Normally Two 15 to 20 mile rides during the week and then a 60 mile hammerfest on Saturdays with a group. Before I started cycling I was a competitive powerlifter and bodybuilder.
