Now I don't like you.

1/508, Ft. Kobbe Panama.

We were on the Amador Peninsula, later at the Commendancia- a few weeks later we jumped into David, which was about as hot as a DZ as anywhere else when the 82nd Replacement Detachment commander jumped in...

82nd Replacement Detachment commmander.

No star for us.

On a related note- I know a guy who's got all 4 combat jumps from the 505th in WWII. It was badass seeing his wings.

On another related note- a bunch of guys from my old company are having a 20 year reunion next month. I don't think finances are going to allow it- but it sure was cool hearing from some of those guys.
