Hello from Louisville KY

My name is Mike and I'm a retired soldier from the Bluegrass state who has grown to enjoy cycling and this year has taken it to a new level. I have a Trek Madone 4.7 and Trek Pilot 1.0 and I enjoy riding both bikes but do have my favorite (The Madone). I have rode over 2300 miles since March losing 18lbs and 5 inches on waistline so I getting to where I need to be and that keeps me smiling. I try to ride between 120 and 150 miles each week as I have a goal I'm trying to reach and hope to get there very soon. So I'm happy to be a member of this forum and look forward to learning and communicating with others as I get my riding and reading on. Glad I found this forum..

Welcome to Bike Forums, Mike. 120-150 mile per week is a lot of miles! Are you training for something?

Check out the Long Distance forum. There are a lot of riders with century experience in there.
