Hi all. I'm new to the forum. Riding an older Paramount. Havent been too active lately.. too busy. Looking to lighten up my frame and my bike frame with some newer lighter weight components. 53 years old and need to drop a few pounds and get in better shape. I will be asking for some advice soon on how get get my bike to a new level as well as myself.
