Newbie with a Razesa Banesto he want info on

Hi guys

I'm not sure who or how many people read this so not exactly sure what to write. I've picked up from other forums that you lose popularity if you just start out by asking a question about a bike. So...

My name is Daniel, I live in Wellington in New Zealand. I am currently a medical student, and should be studying for final exams instead of posting on bike forums. I have ridden road bikes for the last ten years, but not competitively for some 8 years now. My last bike was a Wilier mortirolo that I built for myself with Campag record carbon, campag neutron wheels etc. I sold this bike because I needed the money to get married.

These days I'm more interested in steel it seems. I have developed a love for classic things, and have just bought a razesa banesto from trademe (NewZealand Ebay equivalent). I am interested in finding out any information about this bike that anyone might have. I have only ever come across a pinarelly banesto replica, but never a razesa. It is exactly the same as the one in the picture of indurain after winning the TDF in 1991. It is EXACTLY the same, except in the picture I can't see the sticker that says what tubeset his bike had. My one has a reynolds 653 tubeset.

I will post a photo on here of the bike shortly, as soon as I work out how to do that.

Thanks, and nice to meet you

Welcome to Bike Forums, Dan. You can get a lot of help from the Classic & Vintage forum if you post the photo there.
