hi from ohio
hey guys new rider here im 27 just got my first road bike and im loving it i havent rode a bike since i was ten so things have changed alot for me ive only rode outside once so far and a few times inside on my trainer still learning how to switch through gears so any advise from anyone would be great . . . oh before i forget my bike is a schwinn here is what it is exactly like i said first bike since i was ten thats not a crotch rocket lol https://www.performancebike.com/bikes...00_20000_56003

Welcome aboard hybrid1981, from a fellow Ohio resident.
A frame pump is just a tire pump that attaches to your bike frame. They come in many different forms and attach in many ways. They are invaluable when you are miles from your home and you get a flat (happend to me twice this year!). My favorite is the Zefal HPX pump. A lot of people really seem to like the Topeak road morph as well but I have no experience with it. One word of advice, don't settle for the walmart Bell brand frame pump. I did and was not able to get my tires even close to the proper pressure.
One item that I would add to that list would be tire levers. That way if you get a flat you can get your tire off! Most folks around here have a little bag that hangs underneath the saddle to carry the essential tools.
Good luck, get outside and enjoy the rest of the season before the snow starts to fly!
