hey there!
Figured I'd do the suggested intro. I'm from Denver, CO. Just put a dep. on a new 2010 Giant Rincon W(womens), while they order my size. I really only found this forum since I was looking for some guidance on a possible upgrade for my new baby. We'll see if I really need to, or not, but figured there's no harm in asking. I've recently lost 50 lbs, goal is 100, and trying to get back into biking like I did in College. This time on the Eastern Slope instead of the Western Slope of the Rockies. So I haven't really ridden offroad in 6 years. I figured the Rincon would be a good place to start, as a mid-entry level model, it would give me the ability to ride around the neighborhood with my dogs, or take them offroad in an open space setting. And possibly in the spring head up to Steamboat springs for some bigger trails. I'm really interested in learning about some closer entry level trails, NW Denver or Boulder area. And maybe some people to ride with in the area.
