Hi from Indiana (ND country)

Hello all! I'm a 29 year old male from the South Bend, IN area. New to the forum but returning to cycling after a 7 year hiatus. Used to ride when I was in college and shortly after. I think it was required since I lived in the holy "Breaking Away" area. I guess life got too hectic and the bikes eventually got sold. Just bought a used road bike to complement the mountain bike I purchased a couple years ago. I prefer road riding but love a good off-road romp. My riding is for primarily for fitness and the pure enjoyment of it. Maybe a not-so-competitive event here and there. Plan on doing the weekly rides with a few of the groups in the local area as often as possible. Cold weather is on its way so hopefully I'll get some in before the snow hits and I'm stuck on the rollers.

The stable currently holds:
2004 Cannondale R2000 Double (road)
2006 Giant Yukon (mountain)
2003 Jamis Durango SX (wife's)

I look forward to talking with the more seasoned veterans and gaining some cycling knowledge.

Welcome to Bike Forums. If you get bored on the rollers in the cold weather, check out the Winter Cycling forum.
