I've been bike-riding for almost 65 years (I just turned 69) and I intend to keep doing it. Its fun and what Its done for me physically is phenomenal. I shock Dr's when they realize that their initial evaluation and my actual physical shape are as far apart as night and day. I'm presently riding an old Panasonic road bike that I've modified with flat handlebars and lower gears. Maybe I'll put bullhorns on it. I'm an experimenter.
